The SCHF has helped form the Vicksburg Customer Service Partners and the Partners are proud to present Alcorn State University's Southern Hospitality Academy on June 15 and 22 at Hinds Community College in Vicksburg from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and is FREE. This educational program is designed to improve customer service, a key component in the success of any business. These courses will focus on consistently providing the highest level of customer service to your clients - and you know the rewards of providing excellent customer service! Repeat Business and Visitors Those attending will participate in two classroom training sessions in the morning, be treated to lunch and then complete the day with a community tour (with licensed tour guides) designed to familiarize the group with attractions and businesses in the community. We promise that this professional training will be engaging and educational - we also promise that attendees with have FUN while learning. This training is for all levels of employees - supervisory to front-line workers will all benefit from attending. Each attendee will receive a training and community reference guide that they can use in their daily business. This class will be offered on two separate dates.
